HI Paul- yes you and your wife are the ONLY negative review I have received in 24 years. I am sorry that you were not happy and glad to hear you sold your home. Yes you did take care of the bats, me and the other agent agreed to pay for it to be completed when you refused. There was never an extension signed by you because you refused. I certainly understood your frustration when the buyer needed more time but they were approved and are currently taking you to court to get back the EMD. While it was unfortunate they needed more time they are entitled to the $5000 per the purchase agreement, I explained that could happen when you accepted the offer. You would not release it even though you sold the home. The buyer agreed to make half non refundable, and both me and the buyer's agent tried to reduce our commissions to help offset the additional time and you refused this as well. I will say again, I am sorry we needed an extension for closing and that you are upset. I wish you the best in California!

I am sorry that you are not happy. I understand you were upset that the buyer found bats in your attic and they needed an extension to allow more time for the lender to process the loan. While I did sell your home, since you would not allow an extension for the buyer we could not close. While the buyer was entitled to their entire deposit that you refused, I offered several solutions that would benefit you- nothing could make you happy. I am happy you sold your home. Best of luck!
